Yes, you can. And to prevent any modification, we recommend a pdf file. Of course, specifics are according to the device you are working with, here are a few options that can help you to do this.
- When in client file (non-editing version), click on the print icon.
- A record only version should populate the page.
- Share the article as pdf file. For Apple (iPad), this can usually be done through the ibook app (or any purchased app you have installed). Use iBook to share the file to your email app and email it to the client. For Android, simply share the page by clicking on the three verticle dots on the top right hand of the screen. Click Share, Print, (choose save to pdf if no printer), save as pdf and follow the steps as indicated from there.
Of course, your devices that you use will depend on what apps you have installed. We are more versed in Android however, due to stability for this program we are finding that iPad is really handy since our android tablet was really old. In the future, we may install an app for android or apple.
I will post at a later date, some screen shots in the forum for more individualized information.
