HK Access is a system built for Health Kinesiology Practitioners to log their client's records. It is designed to hopefully minimize paperwork yet still allow the practitioner to print off whatever they need to print off.
The first release is actually based on a template system. We are hoping to release a new version that is less of a template system and more like a an extended database with all the specific corrections built into it within the next year.
The short answer is Yes, however we hope to role out a more advanced customized system for Health Kinesiology within the next year. The main difference is that the current system uses more of a template system stored into a database verses individual corrections stored into the database.
We are working on a more specific system that will have more programmed into the system than the current templates. We are releasing this version now with the hopes that your feedback will help us build a better system.
In the alpha testing stage, we did not incorporate the Calendar as our main objective was to get the recording system up and running.
We have now incorporated the calendar booking system into the system. However, this is not linked into the client files. At a later date, we hope to link it into the client record files.

We have two levels of security implemented into this system. FIrst of all, the website is ssl encrypted to keep everything safe from harm.
Secondly, each practitioner's files are stored in their own database and their site is under their own subdirectory. The only thing that is shared into their private subdirectory is the system presets upon initialization of their website which copies the system in to a working file for their use.
Since there are so many specific control setting to do this, please allow for up to 24 hours for your subscription to be fully up and running. You will receive and email when it is fully functional.
This is an extra piece that you can access as an add on to your package. It is the working manual developed according to levels of HK Training that one has received, that you may access.
You will have to provide the level of HK training upon sign up and we will have to verify it before we issue that level of access.
The manual will have basic instructions to all corrections learned for each level, word lists and even resource material as developed by key Health Kinesiology Practitioners.

We have two types of subscriptions. The first type of subscription includes just the EHR (recording system). The second type includes a discounted version of the Online manual system.
All subscription benefits will be the same however, we have develope a pricing regime that will suit individual budgets. We will have these types of subscriptions for the EHR system with no online manual (or just the online manual system alone)

Yes, the upgrades are built right into the packages.
Although you can purchase your subscription online and there is a way to implement a new subscription immediately, we have chosen to manually set up your package because of all the little changes we need to implement in the name of security for your sake. The auto system is a great system for social type sites but it isn't great for private sites so therefore we chose not to implement the auto-creation on your individual packages.
From our end, we ask for 24 hours. This should give us enough time to set it up, make sure all the settings are running smoothly. We will email you with the details once the package is installed for you.
We can do some customization for a small fee. I have more than my regular templates in my own subscription of this system since I offer a few different services in my business as well.
We would have to receive a formalized paper or electronic document of the file you want us to add into the template. In most cases, the most a template would cost is about $20 depending on the detail of it and the required programming. We would bill this separately to you.

Yes, you can. Infact we have a print Icon right in the record. Simple click on it and a print version of the record will pop up. Follow the prompts to print according to the device you are using.
Please note that any device you work from will require specific software or apps to finish the print option. Some computers will allow you to save as pdf. We will touch upon this in another FAQ.
Yes you can however, the stylus feature is never built into the website. This is always an app feature on your device. If touch screen is available on your device, you should be able to obtain a Stylus app for it.
The stylus app we recommend is MyScript Stylus Handwriting keyboard. You can download it for either Android or Apple here.
We have found that some of the older versions of Android do get a little sticky with this app since it is probably meant for newer operating systems. If you find this, you may want to consider upgrading to a new Android.
Yes, you can. And to prevent any modification, we recommend a pdf file. Of course, specifics are according to the device you are working with, here are a few options that can help you to do this.
Basic Steps
Of course, your devices that you use will depend on what apps you have installed. We are more versed in Android however, due to stability for this program we are finding that iPad is really handy since our android tablet was really old. In the future, we may install an app for android or apple.
